Keeping our staff and customers safe at The Cridford Inn
We have read the government guidelines, participated in hospitality industry webinars and consulted hospitality experts to ensure we are completely ready to keep all of our staff and customers safe when visiting The Cridford Inn. We are ready to welcome, entertain and share wonderful experiences again in our beautiful Inn.
As a team we have carried out a full risk assessment with the new focus of keeping that virus out of our Inn restricting the chances of any infection passing to anyone while keeping all the charm and atmosphere that makes The Cridford Inn our customers favourite place to eat, drink and socialise.
When planning your visit we need you to reserve a table even if you are just coming for drinks. We will plan each service so that everyone has plenty of space and are appropriately distanced from other guests. You can contact us and we will discuss your visit and reserve your table or you can book a table on our website.
When you arrive at the Inn we now have a door in and a door out. A one-way system. We will show you to your table and then serve you everything from there. For now there will be no standing at the bar.
We have a slide across vacant/engaged sign that you can flip across with your elbow on the toilet doors. There’s plenty of room in the hall way to wait for your turn.
We have new processes and systems in place to ensure that your table, cutlery, crockery, glasses, salt and pepper pots, in fact, everything is sanitised before you use it. From the sanitary conditions of the kitchen and the bar right through to bringing it to your table has been designed to prevent any contamination.
We take all our health and safety really seriously. We will make sure we play our part in keeping us all safe. When you visit please pay attention to the staff who will guide you and the signs that are there to help us all do our bit.
We can't wait to see you again.
